Delve Organisational Development
Delve OD https://www.delveod.co.uk/ are a small business providing consultancy, development and support for any business that needs its people to perform at their best. The OD in our name stands for Organisational Development which means that we focus on improving an organisation’s capability through the alignment of strategy, structure and people, basically supporting you to get all of your ducks in a row so your company can be at its very best.
We work with the NHS, Local Authorities, VCSE and many private sector businesses with one purpose in mind: we believe work communities should be places where people thrive. We support businesses with leadership and team development programmes, as well as talent management processes that support you to identify and develop all of the talent within your company in an inclusive way. We are particularly proud of our Delve Talent Tool which can completely replace your appraisal process and create meaningful development plans for everyone in your teams.
Delve was born in 2015 with Directors Sarah and Nic at the helm with Deb (Projects Coordinator) and Jo (Head of Client Relations) joining us later on. We celebrated our 9th birthday back in May 2024 with our wider Delve community of facilitators and suppliers, we felt so proud to be working with such an amazing group of people who really care about helping people to thrive in work. Our clients describe us as inspiring, supportive and real with a passion for making a difference.
Being part of AOB is so important to us. Fiona, Georgia and Lisa make us feel so welcome and included, and are always finding ways to bring all the businesses together so we feel like we are part of a much larger business community. They genuinely care about each business’ success.
We are looking forward to 2025, we are learning about how AI can enhance how we access learning opportunities and we are excited about our upcoming projects. We are designing a framework that describes the desired leadership culture with a supporting 360 tool, and Sarah has recently qualified as a Facilitator for the Strengths Deployment Inventory, which can support people to understand their motivations and strengths at work.
