National Biscuit Day is an annual celebration held on May 29th in the UK, dedicated to appreciating all types of biscuits. It encourages people to enjoy, bake, and share their favourite biscuits, often accompanied by tea and, notoriously, “dunking”. It highlights the history of biscuits, which originated as long-lasting, twice-baked food
