AOB Featured in Historic England Publication!

March 5th 2026

Historic England has launched a new guide on how to develop creative industry hubs – the right way! and we are delighted that AOB images are featured throughout.

The publication, https://historicengland.org.uk/images-books/publications/heritage-works-creative-businesses/heritage-works-for-creative-businesses/

highlights how historic buildings can be transformed into vibrant creative spaces, just like AOB. With a huge thank you to the archtects who made it happen MCAU 👏

It includes several AOB images (and a few of our residents from SBC – our lovely Victor is even featured on the index page 😁), plus a short piece specifically about Ashton Old Baths on page 32.

A brilliant recognition of our community and the work that’s gone into making AOB a thriving creative hub.

Enjoy the read.
