Delve OD are an organisational development consultancy with a strong belief that work communities should be places where people can thrive.
The Delve approach is to inject vibrant, fresh thinking into how people come together to get work done. They facilitate team building, leadership development, coaching, using diagnostic techniques to enable your people and your workplace to be the best it can be.
The Delvers work in a hybrid way with a mix of in-house and digital learning. Their most recent product, the Delve Talent Tool, says ‘bye bye’ to your old appraisals and takes a completely different approach. It is a game changer for anyone that wants a motivational performance management tool that identifies and mobilises the talent within their business.
How did you start your company?
Delve was born in 2015, set up by Directors Nic and Sarah, we also have Deb, Carys and Jo, with Sue working from India. We believe that work communities should be places where people thrive, and we make this happen by developing leaders to be the best they can be. We work across all industries designing and delivering digital and face to face leadership programmes, talent management and all things that support people to thrive.
What are you working on at the moment?
We are working on getting our fantastic Delve Talent Tool, which is a game changer for how organisations identify and mobilise the talent within their business in an inclusive way. It means that every person in a business has a meaningful conversation with their line manager and a development plan that is right for them. We have seen some massive increases in engagement, motivation and people feeling invested in since implementing the Delve Talent Tool.
What do you like about AOB?
AOB is an inspiring place to work, we love the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly team and other companies who come together to support each other. We feel so welcome.
What projects/ambitions do you have for the future of your company?
Our plan is to continue to grow in a digital space, selling our innovative products to more and more businesses who want all of their talent to thrive. We would like Delve to be the 'go to' company for anyone that values that the success of their company is down to having thriving teams and people.
